A quiet spot between the sea and the mountains
The residence sits in greenery above the coast near Estepona — ten minutes from the beaches and from the famous gastronomic village of Benahavís. Sea, golf or day trips during the day; in the evening, a terrace overlooking the coast from Marbella to Gibraltar.
Four pools in the gardens
Tropical gardens with palms, fountains and a stream. One of the pools sits right in front of the apartment and is open around the clock; the sea-view infinity pool is open all year round.
Calm gated community
Guarded by CCTV and a 24/7 reception, with a lift in every block and underground parking.
Golf all around
Atalaya, El Higueral, Marbella Club and El Paraíso — the nearest courses are minutes away. Tennis and padel at the Bel Air and Villa Rosa clubs close to the resort.
New Golden Mile beaches
Wide sandy beaches, the Playa del Cristo cove in Estepona, the promenade from San Pedro to Puerto Banús, chiringuitos and water sports ~10 minutes by car.
Day trips made easy
Benahavís, Marbella and Puerto Banús in fifteen minutes; Ronda, Gibraltar or Málaga within an hour.
The apartment
A bright two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment furnished as a proper home, not just a place to sleep. The living room and dining area flow into a fully equipped kitchen — and, above all, onto the large covered terrace where you will spend most of the day: breakfast, dinner and an evening glass of wine with the sea on the horizon.
The master bedroom opens directly onto the terrace; the second bedroom has two single beds — ideal for a family or two couples. Out on the terrace there is also a fixed outdoor bed for two: sleeping under the open sky with the sea and the mountains above Marbella in view (plus a fold-away bed for one more guest). Air conditioning, under-floor heating and a private space in the underground car park come as standard.
Minimum stay is one week; ten days is ideal. We will gladly confirm full equipment details, house rules and prices when you enquire.

La Hacienda del Señorío de Cifuentes
An Andalusian-style residence built in 2007 (façades fully renovated in 2017–2018), spread across a hillside of mature tropical gardens. Fountains, palm-lined paths and a stream wind between the 23 low-rise blocks — and at the edge of the resort an infinity pool looks out over the coast.

La Hacienda del Señorío de Cifuentes lies near Estepona, above the A-7 coastal road — halfway between the sea and Benahavís village. Peace and views up here, everything within reach down there: beaches, golf, supermarkets and Marbella nightlife.

Good to know
- You will need a car — your own or a hire car (picking one up right at Málaga airport is easiest). There are no shops inside the resort — the nearest supermarket (Mercadona) is about 3 km away.
- Important: keys are handed over in person in the Czech Republic before your stay.
- Local street markets: Friday Cancelada, Wednesday Estepona, Tuesday Benahavís and Puerto Banús.
